Our Team

pRESIDENT AND foUNDER 

Vicki Giambrone, FACHE, MPA

Vicki Giambrone serves a variety of healthcare and corporate clients to help them successfully achieve their recruitment and retention goals. Her team of expert guides, develop and deliver customized tours that explore the regionals special attributes that match with the prospect or recruit’s interests and needs. Early in her career, Vicki worked in sales and marketing for Procter and Gamble, Domino’s Pizza respectively. For over 23 years, she served as the vice president for strategic partnerships and business development for Dayton Children’s Hospital. There, she led the nationally recognized public affairs, advocacy, philanthropy, marketing and physician referral programs. She headed up the development of an innovative ambulatory strategic plan; managed the hospital’s highly successful business development efforts and strategic partnerships. It was during her tenure at Dayton Children’s that Vicki launched 1st Connections to address the hospital’s physician recruitment goals.

Elizabeth Mills

As a Dayton native who left her hometown to live across the Midwest and relocated back to the area, Elizabeth adds an important perspective to the recruitment and relocation conversation. She is an accomplished sales and strategy professional with over six years of experience in building relationships. Elizabeth joined First Connections after taking a community tour in 2014 and has enjoyed welcoming over 100 candidates to the Dayton area.
